Kelly Farmer

I believe that some of our greatest strengths are discovered in our most challenging moments. Each person’s journey is unique—at times difficult, often beautiful, and always meaningful. Our experiences shape us, but they do not define us. Through therapy, we can better understand those experiences and begin to create a path toward greater clarity, connection, and purpose.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I want to know your story—what brings you joy, what challenges you’ve faced, and what you hope to become. Together, we’ll explore the patterns in your life and uncover the tools that will help you heal, grow, and move forward with intention.

About Kelly Farmer

I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others find fulfillment and meaning in their lives. My approach is grounded in the principles of existential therapy, with a strong emphasis on personal growth, authentic connection, and the belief that we all have the capacity to change.

I earned a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology, and a Master of Art degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience supporting individuals across a wide range of needs and backgrounds.

I specialize in working with adults and teens who are navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, parenting, and life transitions. My background includes work in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, couples counseling, and behavioral therapy. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with autism and other developmental or emotional disabilities.

A Little More Personally...

Outside of my professional life, my greatest joy is my family. Watching them grow and pursue their dreams is one of my life’s greatest gifts. I also enjoy traveling, yoga, playing volleyball, spending time near water, and creating meaningful memories with those I love.

I feel truly honored to do this work. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than witnessing someone grow, discover their own strength, and move closer to the life they want to live.
