Jill Dwyer, LPC, MA
Life can often be difficult and hard to navigate, but with the belief that we all have the strength and resilience to grow and change we can live a fulfilling life. I work from a Person-Centered approach in a judgement free environment of warmth that aims to provide clients with a comfortable and welcoming place to reach their goals, utilizing empathy, support and compassion.
About Me
I admire your strength in considering and/or reaching out for support in life’s journey and I am thankful to be a part of it. By having conversations rooted in acceptance, my goal is to support you in your growth and discovery of self and recognize that you are the expert in your own life. Together we can explore how past experiences affect behavior, coping and decisions while working through current obstacles. I believe that the relationships and attachments in our lives, both present and past, positive and negative, play an important part in who we are and how we relate to others and overcome obstacles.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on Marriage, Family and Couples. I also welcome the continued opportunity to work with individuals. My specialties include relationship obstacles, life transitions, communication, trauma, infidelity, anxiety and depression.

The therapeutic relationship is of vital importance. In my work with clients, individuals and relational, I take a respectful and collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are. This holistic approach to counseling looks at each individual as a whole, without defining a person by one issue, emotion, attitude or label. I am truly grateful to be working with clients as they navigate through life.
